Position Centre Operations Manager
Experience : 8+ Years
Job Description: Responsible for the daily running and management of the centre through the effective use of resources
Coordinate and motivate centre staff and also coordinate staff recruitment
Achievement of business and customer service objectives through management of Customer Service Operations
ensuring efficient and effective deployment of people, resources and systems, within agreed budgets
To manage, coach and develop supervisors and staff in order to improve customer service and to achieve departmental objectives
Intervening in cases of operational problems e.g. network / system breakdown / overload / Power supply / Telephone lines / internet connectivity etc.
To assist and advise the manager in the day-to-day business to achieve strategy, plans, objectives and productivity.
Contributing to development and introduction of strategy, policies, procedures and objectives related to centre, brand image, and productivity; clarifying and translating the vision and strategy
Developing training plans
Management of Petty cash
Support corporate HR in HR Operational activities such as Attendance, Policy implementation, Employee relations, Counseling
Administrative & Logistics Co-ordination & Management
Perform other work as directed
Good Negotiation Skills
Individual must be detail oriented, organized, efficient, and able to document new systems as well as maintain existing documentation
Must be able to function well as a member of a team and be willing to adapt to changing requirements and responsibilities
should be able to interact and build relationships with the customer
Highly Energetic & Dynamic
Good Listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills are essential.
Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills are necessary
